Discussion Post: Drugs
1) Which drugs, if any, do you think should be either decriminalized, legalized, or neither? Use two different moral theories to approach the answer.
2) How does the Kantian moral theory address the issue of the use of illegal drugs?
3) Using Rights-Based Moral Theory discuss what kind of rights become involved in the issue of drug addiction and abuse? Discuss some of the different "rights holders" and "rights addresses."
