I am having trouble basically finding how people are getting in trouble with online statements made and how it does not violate their 1st amendment rights. So the question that I am asking is, should steps be taken to prevent anonymity online in the interest of public safety? How does the advent of online communication affect a person's right to free speech versus the criminal justice system's responsibility to protect the public?
