For Black people in America with psychiatric mental health illness problems (P), how does obtaining psychiatric care (I) compare to not receiving psychiatric care (C) affect their mortality rate (O)?
i. Identify databases that were searched to gather the evidence based research for the PICO question above
ii. Describe the inclusion/exclusion criteria used to fine tune the evidence-based research for the PICO above
