I don't know if my Law Professor is pulling my leg but apparently there is a way and it is a common question in Law Schools. Please help out and if not, can you explain why it isn't possible?
Can you please help me out with this question? My Law professor asked, "If a man receives services from a prostitute and he doesn't pay her, how does she collect the money in a lawsuit case if prostitution is illegal and the oral contract that he breached is an illegal one and unenforceable due to the illegality of prostitution?
