After watching the video about Matthew Shephard, please respond to one of the fol lowing questions:
a) Were you familiar with the story of Matthew Shephard before watching the video? How do you think our nation has changed (if at all) when it comes to violence against those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender, or who simply do not identify as being heterosexual/straight? b) How does Matthew's story (or other stories of Violence against members of the LGBTQ community) impact the mental of people in this community?
