Assignment: Project Research Questions
This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of questions, but a suggested list of questions and topics to consider for your group research project.
1. What causes someone to perform their job well?
2. What causes someone to remain committed to their organization?
3. What causes antisocial behavior in the work place?
4. How does an organization's physical environment affect work performance, remember the Hawthorne Study)?
5. How does gender affect job promotional opportunities?
6. How does corporate social responsibility affect employee satisfaction?
7. What motivates people to work in the public sector versus the private sector?
8. What are the main causes for deviant behavior in the workplace, (such as workplace violence, employee theft, etc.) and how do they affect the organization's bottom line?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
