Analysis of communications requirements determines the information needs of the project stakeholders. We define these requirements by combining the type and format of information needs with an analysis of the value of that information. Examine the information needs of your company's stakeholders and answer the following:
• What is the format your company uses to communicate to stakeholders?
• How does the format or formats your company uses maximize the value of communication with stakeholders?
• If you could, what would you change about the format of communication to make content more valuable to stakeholders?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
