I. How does Ethnic Studies relate to your everyday life? Select 2-3 topics of your choice. Briefly (1-2 paragraphs) summarize the concept. Then, discuss how the topic relates to your everyday life. Do not share any information you are not comfortable sharing.
II. Write a letter to the Utah State Board of Education discussing why Ethnic Studies should be taught in every school. Use class material and your personal experience in this course to support your argument.
