This is my PICOT question:
Population: hospitals with staff actively licensed as registered nurses
Intervention: Development of a workplace incivility reduction program
Comparison: no changes to workplace conduct and no special education programs provided
Outcome: Reduction in workplace incivility
Time: 6 to 12 months
