How do you write a HPI for She drives to visit her husband but she should not be driving. Upon her assessment, she was showing no signs of acute distress. However, she is experiencing the following conditions: cellulitis of left lower limb, cellulitis of right lower limb, disorder of the skin and subcutaneous tissue in the lower extremities, and chronic rash and other nonspecific skin eruption in bilateral lower extremity, sarcopenia, cognitive issues and driving concerns. She will need assistance with medication administration.
