SCENARIO
You have been assigned as the manager on a project for designing and building a new car. Your team details will be listed below. You understand communication is key. Based off your research, the second chapter of the textbook, and the Hofstede Insights website, determine what types of things you would like to have in your team charter. More specific questions are listed below.
Your team is made up of the following individuals:
