Watch the required lecture YouTube Video "Science of Resilience: How to Thrive in Life - Frank B. Roehr Memorial Lecture" and choose one of the resilience strategies and include that strategy into your life.
Post which strategy you chose, why you chose it, and how you felt while implementing the strategy. How do you think you could incorporate your chosen strategy while working with older adults, particularly in view of this week's lectures. Will you continue the strategy to affect your own aging?
