Whether you have noticed it or not, you all have been affected by an internal pay structure at some point in your work life. That is of course if you have worked for any organization as an employee. There are many factors that go into what an organization will pay for a given job and the value they place on it.
Think about your current job or a job that you previously held. Did you ever notice any inconsistencies in the way employees were compensated there? If so, what were those inconsistencies, and how do you think those inconsistencies should be or should have been addressed?
