Now that you are an expert in social movements and society more generally, talk to me about why you think a linguistic turn in society lent itself to political and social movements focused on identity. Do you there is 'room to critique some of these movements, even if they are well- intentioned? How do you think all of this relates to cancel culture and what are your thoughts on that?
