How Does Your HR Department Help Your Business Make Money?The focus of our course this week is on gaining a better understanding of the Return on Investment (ROI) of an HR department.
1) In your organization, is HR viewed as a cost center or a money maker?
2) How do you quantify the ROI that HR brings to your organization? Give two specific examples of the positive return.
3) Are the performance metrics in HR aligned to the metrics of the organization? If yes, explain how. If no, explain how they could be.
