Problem
You are meeting a new client for the first time. He is a 16 years old male and is accompanied by his mother. She made the appointment because she was concerned that he had stopped attending his classes and rarely leaves his room. When you ask him "what brought you in today?" He sarcastically replies "my nosy mom". You respond "ok". I am curious about what sorts of things have been going on with you". He throws his hands up in the air and says "oh my God!" You are the one who is going to take care of me? And you don't even know why I'm here?!"
