Now that you've been introduced to the works of Mueller, Bynum, and Gorniak, as well as the ACM Code of Ethics, how do you now understand the relationship between computer technologies and the internet and the call for a new "global information ethics"? Consider, for example, Mueller's claim that "the Internet is nonterritorial" and Gorniak's that "Computers do not know borders". Why might this be important for our world, from both your own perspective and that of global society as a whole? Be sure to define your terms and give examples.
