You are the manager of the Miami Grand Hotel at 222 Palm Tree Avenue, Miami FL 22210 and a long time loyal customer Tom Jones wants to change a booking he made two weeks earlier. He is due to arrive next week and is trying to change the reservation at the last minute however, there is no space available in the hotel to grant his request. Write a letter informing him why the hotel is unable to grant his request. Remember good customer service is in order here! Always offer something reasonable for the inconvenience because he is a loyal customer and you want him to return and continue to use your hotel in the future!

Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:

o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
