After reviewing Chapter 2 from the course text students will compare and contrast the services of four Management Consultanting firms identified as Forbes 2019 America's Best list.
To complete this assignment;
Identify 3 Management Consultanting firms from the Forbes 2019 American's Best list (web link provided in course content).
For each firm (in your own words) provide, analyze, or answer the following:
a) Provide the firm name and web page.
b) Does this firm provide highly specialized skills or generic skills?
c) What client need does this firm specialize in?
d) Which phase in the change lifecycle does the firm focus on? (see pg 48 in our text).
e) Name two - three corporations or organizations this firm has identified on their client list.
f) How do you feel this firm sets itself apart from others?
g) How is this firm similar to at least one of the other firms you have chosen?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
