After you review the budget and all slides please respond to the following: Below is a discussion question based on the 2015-2016 UNC-Chapel Hill Athletics Department Budget please post a response BASED ON the budget. You can also draw from your personal experiences and other relevant material to support your position.
• What (if any) aspects of this budget surprised you or stood out?
• How do you feel the Athletic Department is positioned based on the budget and challenges that are presented?
• What are the biggest long term challenge and opportunity you feel this Department is facing from a financial perspective?
• If you were the AD and the Chancellor asked you to cut your budget by 10% how would you approach making the cut?
