Problem
As you've been reading in the first chapter of the text, treatment of individuals with mental health disorders has improved throughout the years. Currently, there has been a movement to deinstitutionalize treatment and have individuals in the community as opposed to living in treatment centers / hospitals. This has led to people "falling through the cracks" in the system and a strain on community resources. How do you feel the mental health system can best serve people with mental disorders?
