How do you feel about the entire MBA Program, now that you are about to graduate, let's take some time to respond to a few questions, below?
• Tell me a little about how well prepared you feel you are getting to be able to compete for jobs in your chosen career when you graduate.
• More specifically, do you think that your written communication skills are up to par in your chosen field? Why do you feel that way?
• How about your ability to make oral presentations on topics related to your major course of study? I know some students come into this school with some shyness about making an oral presentation. Did that affect you? If so, have you been able to overcome that shyness at all? How so, or how not so?
• Let's talk about the relationship between the topics you have been studying in the Program managerial Finance, Essential of management, Operations management, Managerial Economics, and more- not just in this class but more broadly - and your expected ability to apply them professionally. For example, for those of you who have some work experience already, how does what you're studying relate or not relate to what you see in your job or in the business world generally?
• Let's discuss a little about your feeling toward the theories you have been studying in the Program and their application to the real world and real business situations. Have the courses you've been taking spent the kind of time to tie in theory to practice? How so, or how not so?
• This discussion is intended to get feedback for us in designing future curricula and programs that will best suit the preparation of you and those who are coming in after you to enter a dynamic career, just as we say in our mission statement. Is there anything else you'd like to add to help us in that ideal?
