1-How do you feel about polygraph tests as a part of the employment investigation (or continued employment) process? Is this a valuable method to use?
2-My employer has several ways of screening potential employees. The use of background checks (10 years). Financial checks (credit checks). Police records and multiple interviews. In regards to on the job physical security, my employer use, what is called dual control (at least 2 people). Robbery barriers, silent alarms and camera surveillance. Depending on the type of employment, the employer should consider past employment record and drug screenings.Comment about that discussion.
