I'm sure we've all been a part of a group that has been hijacked by an "Alpha Dog" sort of individual or derailed by an "Out of Pocket" group member, who does not participate regularly or at all. How do you bring these people back into the fold and make sure they work with the rest of the team, without affecting the group in a negative way?
