You have been caring for a patient for three weeks. A new physical therapist assigned to the patient changes the therapy plan and gives you an outline of exercises to be done. The patient complains that the exercises are too difficult but the physical therapy continues to asset the need to complete the exercises as outline. You are asked to provide recommendations at the interdisciplinary meeting today on that patient's care. How do you address the concerns the patient has in a constructive manner to the team?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
