When faced with a personal bias about people from cultures other than those to which you belong (including ethnic, age, gender, profession, religion, education, etc.), what can you do to get beyond the stereotypes that feed into that bias, so you can approach a realistic cross-cultural understanding of the person's or people's psychology?
