After you have completed reading the entire chapter, turn to page 63 and complete the survey "Assessing Yourself". While sharing your scores is optional, join the discussion and create at least FIVE substantive separate posts focused on the following questions: How do we define the productivity of supervisors? Is it different than how we define the productivity of supervisees? How does a supervisor's productivity relate to that of their subordinates? Do supervisors need to be more productive than the people they supervise? Why or why not and in what ways?
