* The focal point of this course is your participation on a team competing in a business simulation exercise. However, this assignment addresses your experience as a member of a team.
* You and needs to cover the following points (at least) in addition to other things you might want to "reflect" upon. Use the aforementioned topics as a framework for your paper.
1. How can groups become high performance teams.
2. How do the roles of individuals on teams vary.
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses relative to team work.
4. How can teams effectively resolve group conflict.
5. Your experience playing the simulation
6. What you learned from the simulation
7. What you learned from being part of a team
8. What your role was in the team (leader, follower, tech person etc.)
