1. How do the MNCs adopt to Industrial relations/labour relations policies of countries they operate in?
2. How do the MNCs design operational policies for a country where unionised arrangements are different than parent country?
3. What operational differences can the MNCs experience in high unionized and low unionized cultures/regions?
4. Based on your research provide suggestion on how the MNCs can overcome the industrial relation challenges of host country.
