There are four levels of health care:
• Population-based public health practice.
• Medical practice.
• Long-term practice.
• End-of-life practice.
Discuss the differences among these levels:
1) How can these four levels work in conjunction to educate, promote health, and control and eradicate diseases?
2) How does health care play a role in the promotion and awareness of healthy behaviors?
3) What can be done to bridge the gap between health care and public health so more promotional efforts can be geared toward underserved communities?
4) How do these levels relate to your health promotion project?
