Do not miss the spectacular introduction of Chomsky. Perchance you will understand why he is such an important figure in our class and in the world. His speech on worldwide hunger (mostly people of color) and the brutal domination of the world markets by "our" capitalist power elite clearly lays out how race can be utilized to downplay concern for human rights and human values around the world and particularly on the domestic front.
