How do the different philosophers we have read repurpose

You will have to answer each question in 1100-1200 words. You must answer the question in essay form, including quotes (with citations that allow me to find the material you cite). Be sure to use a clear thesis which responds to these prompts. (Course readings)

1. How do the different philosophers we have read repurpose the work of Aristotle and Plato to provide an account of love? What are the normative consequences of this? (You must discuss at least 5 philosophers, including necessarily Plato and Aristotle, who we have read in this course.)

2. How does the Kantian rejection of bodily pleasure inform subsequent philosophers working on the philosophy of sex and love? (Discuss, in addition to Kant, 3 other philosophers who we have read in this course.)

3. Bloom argues that by conceiving of the morality of sex in relationship to consent, we have lost important values? What are these values? And is Bloom correct? (In addition to Bloom, you must discuss Sade and Schopenhauer, plus any other philosophers you deem relevant.)

4. Does the evidence support the claim that bisexuality is more common amongst women than men? Are their normative consequences to this? (Discuss at least 3 thinkers we have read in this course.)
