Some traditionally-minded business people might take umbrage at the thought of having a social entrepreneur working in their industry or profession. In most instances, the major difference between an entrepreneur and a social entrepreneur would be the pursuit of profit. Based on this, do social entrepreneurs endure greater risks than traditional entrepreneurs seeking a profit? Is it possible for the two to exist in harmony with one another? If so, how? If not, why not?
