Book: Effective Management, Williams, 7th Edition.
Your paper must have a minimum or five references and citations of which three must be from an academic database, such as EBSCO, visit the IRSC library online or physically visit the building and have staff help you. Write a paper on one of the topics:
• How do managers motivate and help drive their employees? What important interpersonal characteristics should managers have to connect effectively with employees?
• How important is it for managers to be current in their field? How can managers ensure they are on the top of their game and understand their industry well?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
