Discussion Post: Leadership Literature
How do the leaders you have studied thus far compare and contrast? How are they alike? How are they different? Why do we care? How did they treat followers? What would Dan Pink say about how they motivated others to follow them? Which models of motivation do you see being used by the leaders? Equity? Expectancy? Hierarchy of Needs? Be explicit and fully explain your points.
