Discussion Post: Motivation Theories
• Before you completed the Personal Leadership Evaluation, have you ever taken a formal leadership self-assessment? If so, which one did you take, and what were the results? If you have not taken one previously, do a quick Internet search to find one that interests you.
• How do different leadership styles and models contribute to an individual's motivation? Based on your leadership evaluation, what motivates you?
• In your search, you probably noticed several from which to choose. Why do you think there are so many different assessments out there?
