Conflicts are unavoidable in any team or organization. You must have also faced a conflict while working in your groups this semester. Give an example from your personal experience of how differences in tasks, personal background, training, difference in opinion, time availability etc. lead to conflict among groups. How did your group overcome those conflicts?
