Take the following steps:
A. Develop five interview questions that will help you identify whether a candidate is suitable for a management position.

C. Consider past interviews in which you've participated, then answer each question:
a. How did you prepare for the interview?

c. What was the most difficult question you were asked and why?
d. If you were hired, did you feel the interview was representative of the position? Explain.
e. What did you learn about yourself from the interview that you will use as you interview others?
