On a rainy day in August, Arnold rushed into the Eats & Goodies Grocery Store ("E&GGS") as he intended to buy a gallon of milk before the store closed for the day. As he ran inside, he slipped on a puddle of water that was located near the entrance to the store. No signs had been placed to warn store patrons of the danger.
