Find an article that interests you that is related to leadership and followership. It can be any focus area related to leader influence on follower performance.
1) How would they describe their leadership style and how does it affect the organization?
2) What was the situation they had to deal with and why?
3) How did they handle the situation and why?
4) What influence did their actions have on followers' perceptions and performance?
5) Would they change any of the actions they employed and why?
6) What advice would they provide to those who might experience the same type of situation?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
