This research will focus on one Canadian-based union of your choice. Explore the union's origin, structure, and values, and then compare your values to that of the union you have researched. Your paper should answer the following questions and be formatted in the following way,
1. Introduction: Introduce the union you are researching. Include the name of the union, the types of industries it represents, the number of current members, and where are the members geographically located. What are the core values and beliefs of this union?
2. Brief history of the union: How did the union come into being? Where did it start? When did it form?
3. The union today: What is the structure of the union and how are they organized? Is it part of a national and/or international union? What services does it provide to members? What are the key issues relevant to the union that is facing today and is to face in the future?
4. Reflect upon the research: Provide your personal insights once your research has been completed.
