You can use examples from your own work experience if applicable. After finding and reviewing an example of evidence-based decision-making applied in a real world context, answer the following questions in a 2 to 3 pages, paper. Cite at least three scholarly, academic sources throughout your paper and reference page to answer the following questions.
i. How did the organization or company apply the stages of evidence-based decision-making (EBDM)?
ii. How did the organization's use of EBDM affect them? Discuss any positives or negatives the company experienced using this EBDM method.
iii. As you think about your future career, how will you apply EBDM in the future? What questions will you ask yourself or your team when making decisions?
