Assignment:
Instructions: Choose one of the following two topics and write a paper. Make sure you carefully follow instructions concerning form and length (there is no penalty if your paper is longer, only if it is shorter than required). The paper is worth 50 points. You may, and are encouraged to submit the paper early if you like.
Refer to at least one online source, excluding Wikipedia, in composing your answer. Do not forget to include the URLs for the sites you use. If you do not you will receive score of 0, zero, for the assignment.
Your answer must be in standard essay form. That means at least 5 paragraphs: an introduction paragraph, at least three body paragraphs, and a concluding paragraph.
Be Forewarned About Late Assignments: If you fail to submit the assignment by the required deadline you will have one extra day, the Monday following the due date by 11:45 p.m., to submit the assignment, but 20 percent will be deducted from the possible points. If you do not submit the assignment by the late deadline it will receive a zero, no exceptions.
