After reading the case, answer the following questions:
a) Compare and contrast the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues that emerged within four multinationals (Apple, Canon, Coca-Cola and Walmart). How were these issues similar to each other? How were they different?
b) How did companies respond to the conflicts? Do you agree or disagree with the responses they gave? Why or why not?
