1. Make at least 10 observations of things that are done by the Busch Gardens Park that contribute to good customer service.
2. Make 5 observations on how customer service can be improved by Busch Gardens.
(Hint: Check out the website for the park and the on-line presence. Check out guest evaluations at such places as tripadvisor.com, etc. Research what customers think about the park on the internet. The rest of this assignment needs to be completed at the resort by observation of guests and resort personnel interaction and by comparing to your overall feelings and knowledge about customer service.
