Answer both questions separately and fully
1. Conduct research and locate a coaching or mentoring motivational video or TED Talk. What components of the video appealed to you? How could you use this video when working with others to coach, mentor, or lead them? Cite your video and include a link to share with your peers.
2. Discuss one experience you have had with coaching a person or a group and one experience leading a person or group. Were the experiences different? Which experience was most successful? Why do you think the results were successful? Was trust an important factor during the experience?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
