a) Depending on whether you are in a manufacturing or non-manufacturing environment, some forms of waste may be more prevalent than others. What is your industry and which of these eight forms of waste do you think occur most frequently in your organization? Please describe examples of the most commonly occurring forms of waste.

b) Do you think that your organization is aware of the waste that you have identified? If so, why do you think that it hasn't been corrected?

c) How could you, in your role as Lean Sensei, lead the effort to reduce waste in your organization?
