As a registered nurse you are part of a community outreach committee within the state's nursing organization. At your first meeting , not everyone is in agreement with a recent position statement about the role of spiritual care, some arguing they will no longer support the committee if position statement is not revised. As nurse leader and change agent, how would you approach the committee? Apply the change theory to address these concerns and how could you encourage collaboration on the committee?
