Dear FitTrack fitness tracker!
Do you people want to stay in business?! I'm writing because I bought your special edition Tracked4Fitness fitness tracker for $179.99 because I'm really into fitness and really like to explore the outdoors. I thought this would be a really good product, but I was WRONG!!!!!!! And, I'm telling everyone I know not to buy your products. When I got my fitness tracker, the woven wrist band was missing, and the tracker face had a crack across it, and it won't turn on or hold a charge.
I want my money back and a replacement! Now!
