Problem

The only other issue that arose with food and beverage was around the small reception Mark held to welcome everyone on the first night. It was from 4PM-6PM with a fully hosted bar. He didn't offer any food at the event or dinner after, but they did set out mixed nuts. Many of the Sales Managers over drank, were loud, and unprofessional. How could Mark have changed his approach AND bar package to encourage less drinking?
